Refund & Return Policy

All the prices mentioned are in INR.

We accept mostly all available options for digital payments including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets. a list of payment options is available at the time of check out and prior to making the payment for purchase.

The Product prices listed are of present; however, these are subject to change without any prior notice. Please check the final price just before placing an order.

You may also make payment via “Cash on Delivery” (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product at a charge as selected in your payment. However, this mode of payment facility is only available in a selected region / area. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may or may not be available to you.

RETURN POLICY:

We will accept return of products for Manufacturing Defects / Expired products or Damage during transportation once we have received the images for the same and are checked and inspected by our team. If you find your product packaging received in damaged condition or over expiry we request you to not open the seal of the product and report the issue via mail in the next 24 Hours from the time you have taken the delivery of the product. For verification we would require the detailed images of the product.

We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you may have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect or is expired will be replaced. Replacement requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team based on the details provided. All efforts will be made to resolve the request/query at the earliest, expected time being 7-10 business days.

If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. Return Only Acceptable in case of:

Wrong product delivered, Expired product delivered, Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging, Incomplete order – missing products.

The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Return for goods/merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Satej Wood Pressed Oils Team on receipt of the goods. The acceptance refund request shall be accepted post inspection and checking by the Team. All payments towards accepted refund requests shall be made within a period of a maximum of 10 – 15 days.

SHIPPING:

All orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of the order placed and a tracking intimation will be provided for your convenience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

In the case where any additional duties or taxes levied by the respective country will be in the scope of the purchaser.

Please check the import regulations of the receiving country before you order our products.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Products cannot be exchanged excluding any reasons mentioned in our return policy.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES:

All Metros – 2-12 Business Days based on the location of delivery in India.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your order by sending us an email on info.satejproducts@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellation is subjected only before the product is dispatched from our end.

If the bottle seal is broken we will not accept the said product.
